We are a group of Latin origin senior executives with a PASSION to give back. Founded in 2023, spurred by Patricia Corsi and her impulse to make a difference, there was a quick coalition of the willing that came together with the intent to do good to women like us. So, with Pat, Carla Eboli, Renata Ferraiolo, Laura Chiavone, Juliana Furlan, Tharyn Estevez, Andrea Siqueira, Andrea Faccio, Ana Moises, Taide Guajardo, Alicia Enciso, Thais Hagge, Patricia Nogarolli and Claudia Contreras – leaders across continents, agreed on the ambition to make a difference, without lucrative interest.

Today, the base pillar of the GL4G alliance has become to mentor for free a growing group of mentees that request our wisdom and trust our experiences to inspire them and provide a different viewpoint. After a successful first wave, we have increased our talented pool of mentors with an increased volunteer based cohort. We will have 2-3 waves per year, starting February 2024.
